摘 要: | 利用加权平均旅行时间公式、引力模型公式测算长三角都市圈16个市在高铁运行前后的交通可达性和对外经济联系总量变化情况,通过对比2008年和2014年两个时间节点上的研究结果发现:(1)高铁网络形成后长三角都市圈加权平均旅行时间大幅缩短、对外经济联系总量大幅提升,高铁网络对于改善长三角都市圈可达性、加密城市间经济联系、促进区域经济一体化具有较大的促进作用;(2)高铁网络影响下区域核心城市比较优势更加突出,上海-苏州-无锡核心区、南京、杭州在区域交通和经济中的地位凸显,高铁网络加剧了长三角都市圈内部的极化效应,边缘区存在形成交通和经济双重洼地的风险;(3)交通可达性、对外经济联系强度在空间上呈现高度耦合,区域交通中心和区域经济中心在空间上相重合,同时两者又表现出以核心城市为中心沿高铁轴线逐渐向南北两端递减的演变趋势.

The Evolution of Accessibility and Economic Linkage in the Yangtze River Delta Metropolitan Based on the Presence of High-Speed Rails |

Abstract: | Using the average weighted travel time formula and gravity model, calculating transportation accessibility and total economic relations of Yangze River Delta in 2008 and 2014,according to the quantitative analysis and comparative study we found that : ① The average weighted travel time has been shortened and the total foreign economic has been improved in the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan after the formation of HSR network,HSR network plays a vital role in improving the accessibility,strengthening the urban economic ties and promoting regional economic integration for Yangze River Delta ; ② Under the influence of HSR network, the core city has more comparative advantage than other,Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi area,Nanjing and Hangzhou have a more important status in transportation and economic, the degree of polarization has increased inner Yangtze Delta metropolitan area,there is a risk of creating double depression of traffic and economic in fringe area. ③ Traffic accessibility, foreign economic relations in intensity present highly coupled in the space, regional transportation center and economic center overlap on the space,at the same time,both show the trend of gradually decreasing form the core city along the axis of HSR to the north and south ends. |
