模糊QFD中技术特性重要度排序方法

摘    要:质量功能展开(QFD)是一种把顾客需求转化为技术特性的有力工具.在转化过程中,顾客需求权重、顾客需求和技术特性之间的关联性测度都是模糊数.应用基于口一截集的模糊加权平均方法求解技术特性的重要度.在隶属度函数未知情况下,应用平均水平截集去模糊法对技术特性的重要性进行排序.该方法同时考虑了技术特性之间的自相关性.最后,通过算例对该方法进行了验证.

Abstract:Quality function deployment ( QFD ) is a powerful tool for transforming customer requirement into technical characteristics. In the process of transformation, the relative weight of customer requirement, the relationship measure between customer requirement and technical characteristics are fuzzy numbers. The importance of technical characteristics was calculated by fuzzy weighted average method based on α-cut. Since the membership function of the importance of technical characteristics was not explicitly known, we prioritized the technical characteristics by averaging level cut to defuzzify. The impacts of correlation among technical characteristics were also considered. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the method.
