| 摘 要： | 以2005年和2014年北京市外来犯罪人为研究对象,通过非参数检验、层次聚类等方法对其户籍地的空间分布进行了对比分析和空间统计分析。结果表明:在2005年和2014年,犯罪人的户籍地分布均存在明显的高值集聚区和低值集聚区,其中高值聚集区主要集中在河南、山东等距北京市较近的区域;而从不同年份的对比来看,北京市外来犯罪人群体的地市级分布存在显著的差异,主要表现为来自北京周边区域的犯罪人占比逐渐下降,但来自偏远地区的犯罪人群体占比开始逐渐增加。最后,针对外来犯罪人群体的户籍地分布变化特征提出了相应的防范建议。

| Abstract: | Taking the migrant offenders in Beijing in 2005 and 2014 as the research object,the spatial distribution of their domiciles was compared and analyzed through non-parametric test and hierarchical clustering.The results show that there were obvious high-value clusters and low-value clusters in the distribution of the domicile of the offenders in 2005 and 2014.The high-value clusters were mainly concentrated in Henan,Shandong and other areas close to Beijing;From the comparison of different years,there are significant differences in the prefecture-level distribution of migrant offender groups in Beijing.The main manifestation is that the proportion of offenders from the surrounding areas of Beijing has gradually decreased,but the proportion of offenders from remote areas has begun to gradually increase.Finally,corresponding preventive suggestions are put forward based on the changing characteristics of distribution on the domiciles of migrant offenders. |
