逐瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠慢性低灌注诱发脑缺血损伤的影响

摘    要:摘要:目的 观察逐瘀通脉胶囊对大鼠慢性低灌注诱发脑缺血损伤的影响。方法 参考文献方法,永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉建立慢性低灌注性脑缺血损伤模型。造模后选取状态较好,手术创口愈合较好的动物分6组:模型组、维脑路通片组(100 mg/kg)、步长脑心通胶囊组(800 mg/kg)、逐瘀通脉胶囊组(200、100、50 mg/kg),并设立假手术组。给药14 d后,利用Morris水迷宫进行空间探索实验,对各组动物学习记忆能力进行检测。实验结束后取脑测定脑湿质量、干质量、脑系数及脑组织含水量。结果 与模型组比较,逐瘀通脉胶囊(200 mg/kg)组动物在有效区停留时间和游经距离显著增加(P<0.05),经过平台次数显著增加(P<0.05),脑湿质量、脑含水量、脑系数均显著下降(P<0.05),显示其对慢性低灌注脑缺血大鼠空间探索能力的下降有明显改善作用,并能减轻大鼠脑水肿。结论 逐瘀通脉胶囊对慢性低灌注脑缺血所致学习记忆能力减弱有一定的改善作用。


Effect of Zhuyu Tongmai Capsule on Cerebral Ischemic Injury-Induced by Chronic Hypoperfusion of Rats
Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuyu Tongmai capsule on cerebral ischemic- injury induced by chronic hypoperfusion in rats. Method The chronic cerebral hypoperfusion injury model was established by permanent ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries in rats. After the model was made, the animals with better condition and better wound healing were divided into six groups: Model control group, Venoruton table group(100 mg / kg) , Buchang Naoxintong capsule group(800 mg / kg) , and three Zhuyu Tongmai capsule groups(200、100、50 mg / kg) ; A sham-operation group was also established. After the administration of 14 days, the rats were carrying out space exploration experiments using morris water maze, and were examined in the learning and memory abilities. At the end of the experiment, the brain of rats were measured in wet weight, brain coefficient and brain tissue water content. Result Compared with the model group, the retention time and travel distance in the effective area of the Zhuyu Tongmai capsule (200 mg / kg) group increased significantly ( P<0. 05) , and also the frequency of passes through the platform ( P < 0. 05) ; the data of rats decreased significantly in wet weight, dry weight, brain coefficient and brain tissue water content ( P < 0. 05) . It showed that Zhuyu Tongmai capsule can improve the spatial exploration ability of rats with chronic hypoperfusion cerebral ischemia and reduce the brainedema. Conclusion Zhuyu Tongmai capsule can improve the learning and memory ability of rats with chronic hypoperfusion cerebral ischemia.
