| 摘 要： | 高等教育事业的发展需要大量资金作保障。目前，资金投入不足是制约高等教育发展的重要因素之一。由于受经济转型、体制转轨、结构调整的影响，江西省普通高等教育在教育经费筹措方面还存在不少困难和矛盾。认真分析江西省普通高等教育经费筹措的现状和问题，并据此提出相应的政策措施。对于加快江西省普通高等教育的改革和发展，具有十分重要的现实意义。
