| 摘 要： | 烟叶中的烟碱及其代谢，降解产物在亚酸盐的存在下生成致癌性烟草特有的亚硝胺（TSNA）化合物，笔者提出了一种通过简便的烟样前处理，定量分析烟草样品中的TSNA含量的气相色谱方法，气相色谱／热能检测器具有高选择性和高灵敏度的特点，地TSNA的定量分析，整个色谱分析过程仅为12min。

| Abstract: | Under nitrites environment,nicotine and its capabilities convert to tobacco special nitrosamines (TSNA),which have been found to be carcinogenic.This research gives an easy pretreatment but precision quantitative method by GC/TEA.GC/TEA has high selectivity and sensitivity,is serviceable to quantitative analysis of TSNA in tobacco.The whole analysis lasts only 12 minutes. |
