摘    要:应用矢量计算原理,使用C语言的双倍精度浮点数和结构变量描述各类矢量,提出一种直线过渡双倍精度刀具补偿运算的新方法,此方法具有运算精度高,执行速度快的优点。适用于铣床类、车床类以及激光加工机用的各种CNC系统。

Abstract:The tool compensation function is one oftheimportant functions in precision macmningby the modern CNC system,By employing the principle of vector computation,the doubleprecision floating-point number and structural variables in C language are used to describethe unit vector in the direction of motion,the tool radius vector,theintersection vector.etc.Anew method for linear-transitive double-precision tool compensation based on the principleof analytic geometry is proposed.It has the advantage of high accuracy and execution speed.
