| 摘 要： | 通过法史认识普法的意义是一种对法律、法治及其发展的特殊认知方法,这种认知方法一方面能够使我们在丰富的感性材料基础上建构一些理性观念,另一方面也能够为我们多层次认识普法的意义提供一个良好的切入点。知晓法律规则,为行为提供指南只是普法的最初意义；形成理性认知,培植法律理念是普法的深层次意义；确立法律信仰,维护社会正义则是普法的终极目的。

| Abstract: | Understanding the meaning of law popularity through law history is a kind of special recognizing method to law regulation and its development,this recognizing method enables us to construct some reasonable idea on the base of richful perceptual material in one side,in another side it can also provide a good incising point for us to recognize the meaning of law popularity over more levels.Recognizing law regulation,and provide guidance for behavior is the initial meaning,forming reasonable recognization,and cultivating law idea is the deep-level meaning,establishing law belief and concerning social justice is the ultimate aim of law popularity. |
