浅论我国城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的运行与完善

社会医疗保险作为现代社会保障体系的重要组成部分和核心内容之一,对于我国的经济和社会的稳定起了重要作用。短短几年的发展,在保障困难企业群体就医、遏制医疗费用过快增长等方面初见成效,切实的解决了群众的基本医疗需求;但在现实的运行中又遇到难题和弊端,亟待改革、完善,以适应更多人的需求。在此文中笔者在结合外国的政策和国内的制度运行,分析了医疗保险制度的缺陷,并提出了相应的几点措施。

A Primary Discussion on the Operation and Improvement of the Basic Mendicare System of City Staff and Workers in China

Social medical insurance as the modern social security systems is one of the an important components and core contents.It has played an important role in the stabilization of Chinese economy and society.After a few years of development,it has already taken visible effects on ensuring the mass hospitalization in difficult enterprises and limiting the fast increase of medical charges.But urgent reforms need to be carried out execution to overcome the problems and abuses encountered in our practice.In this paper,limitations of the Chinese medical insurance system aer analyzed,and some improvement measures are put forward,combining the correlative foreign policies with domestic practice.
