基于有限元法的冷却塔结构开孔问题

摘    要:由于基于ANSYS开放式技术平台可以较好地模拟双曲线冷却塔开孔整个受力过程,因此,依托实体工程结构建立其开孔前后的有限元模型,通过对开孔结构的受力性能进行参数化分析,探讨了在自重和风荷载作用下,孔洞形状、尺寸及位置与结构应力集中和稳定性的关系,并提出了开孔后的补强措施,以为优化开孔设计、提高结构强度和稳定性作参考。

Abstract:Based on the ANSYS open technology platform, the whole loading process of opening holes on the hyperbolic cooling tower is simulated well. Relied on the entity project structure, the finite element model is proposed before and after the structure is opened. Through the parametric analysis of the mechanical behavior of structure with opening, considering the weight of structure and the wind load, the relationships between shape, size, position of holes and stress concentration, stability of the structure are investigated. In order to optimize the opening design and improve the strength and stability of structure, the way to strengthen structure after opened is proposed.
