| Abstract: | This paper deals with the design of the inverter in a large ozone generator by using the insulated grid bipolar transistor as the pivotal component and introduces the principles of the main circuit,the PWM control circuit and the IGBT drive circuit,and their application in the generator with a production of 600g/h. |
