| 摘 要： | 采用实验对比法和问卷调查法,对三人制篮球赛在高校篮球选项课中的运用进行了实验.结果表明,三人制篮球赛教学方式不仅对提高篮球教学质量和学生身体素质有积极的作用,而且对激发大学生体育锻炼兴趣,养成体育锻炼习惯也有良好的促进作用.
