摘    要:目的在不影响图像质量的前提下,寻找降低儿童头颈部X射线辐射剂量以及对比剂剂量的方法.方法应用西门子多层螺旋CT血管成像对儿童头颈部血管进行扫描,A组行常规扫描,B组行优化扫描,以降低X射线的辐射剂量.结果运用优化方法后,发现辐射剂量明显低于传统方法.结论优化方式扫描不仅能降低辐射剂量,还可以提高图像质量和组织对比度.

Abstract:Objective To seek method for reducing the doses of X-ray radiation and contrast agent in children' s heads and necks without effect on the quality of images. Method Siemens multi-slice spiral CT angiography was applied for children' s heads and necks vascular scan. Group A accepted routine scan and group B was treated with optimized scan to reduce the radiation dose of X ray. Results Compared with the traditional method,the radiation dose in the optimized method was significantly lower. Conclusion The optimized scan can not only reduce the radiation dose,but also can improve the image quality and contrast.
