应用VSD技术治疗手部中重度农机伤141例临床分析

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在治疗手部中重度农机伤中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析141例中重度手部农机伤患者,其中31例患者采用传统治疗方法,42例患者应用Ⅰ期VSD法治疗,68例患者应用Ⅱ期VSD法治疗.分别对这些患者术后感染情况、移植皮瓣(或皮片)成活情况、病程长度及费用情况进行记录和对比分析.结果接受传统治疗的患者术后感染率及平均住院时间高于使用VSD法患者,总住院费用低于使用VSD患者.结论使用VSD技术治疗手部中重度农机伤具有一定的临床应用价值.

Clinical Analysis of 141 Patients with Moderate to Severe Agricultural Machinery Hand Injures Treated with VSD Technique

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of VSD for the treatment of moderate to severe agricultural machinery hand injures. Method A total of 141 patients with moderate to severe agricultural machinery hand injures were retrospectively analyzed. Among all the patients, 31 patients received traditional treatment,42 patients were treated by phaseⅠVSD, and 68 patients were treated with phase Ⅱ VSD. The postoperative infection, survival condition of transplanted flaps, total cost of the treatment and average hospitalization time were recorded and statistically compared. Results Compared with those who received traditional treatment,the patients treated by VSD suffered lower infection rate and shorter average hospitalization time,but higher costs. Conclusion The clinical use of VSD for the patients with moderate to severe agricultural machinery hand injures still has very high value.
