长白山刺五加茎化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究长白山刺五加茎中的化学成分.方法用体积分数为75%的乙醇对刺五加进行提取,提取物分别以正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取.采用柱色谱技术对乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,利用NMR等光谱学方法对化合物进行结构鉴定.结果从长白山刺五加茎中分离得到了5个化合物,分别为松柏醛(1),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(2),curcasinlignan A(3),(-)-balanophonin(4),(+)-syringaresinol(5).结论化合物2-5为首次从刺五加中分离得到,其中,化合物3-5是新发现的新木脂素类化学成分.

Abstract:Objective To study chemical constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus from Changbai Mountain. Method A. senticosus was extracted by 75% ethanol and partitioned by hexane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol. Ethyl acetate fraction was separated by column chromatography. NMR spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures of the compounds. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as coniferaldehyde (1),4-hydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxylbenzaldehyde ( 2 ) , curcasinlignan A ( 3 ) , (-)-balanophonin ( 4 ) , (+)-syringaresinol (5 ). Conclusion Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 3-5 were neoliginans,which were firstly found in this plant.
