| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Mg和Mn共同掺杂的ZnO纳米薄膜,并对其结构、光学和磁学性质进行了表征.结果表明:样品具有六角纤锌矿结构,退火过程中出现了尖晶石结构的Mn3O4和MgMn2O4.随退火温度的升高,样品的光学质量有所提高;样品的磁性可能来源于MgMnZnO.

| Abstract: | ZnO nanofilms doped with Mg and Mn were fabricated by sol-gel method.The structural,optical and magnetic properties were investigated.XRD results indicated the wurtzite structures for all the samples.Spinel Mn3O4 and MgMn2O4 were observed in the XRD spectra after annealing.The optical properties were improved with increasing annealing temperature.VSM measurement showed the magnetism of all samples came of MgMnZnO. |
