高校产业中的风险及其控制

校办产业发展至今，已成为我国科技、经济领域中不可忽视的重要部分。但是普遍存在的问题也相当严重：科技含量低、规模小，资金缺乏、无市场竞争能力，使一些企业处于勉强维持状况，甚至出现连年亏损，存在相当大的风险隐患，而造成这种情况的主要原因是：产权不明晰，权责不明确，事企不分。要解决这些问题，必须推行现代企业制度，改组改制，真正建立起“产权明晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学”的现代高校企业。
