摘    要:使用Aspen-Plus软件模拟分析了氨氮废水汽提过程及含氨蒸汽吸收过程,优化了汽提塔理论板数、废水温度、废水pH等工艺参数以及工艺流程。在此基础上,模拟优化了蒸汽循环汽提/NH3?H2O-硫酸吸收工艺,模拟结果表明优化后可将蒸汽单耗降低到48 kg/t废水,并可将处理后废水中的无机氨氮量降到零水准。本文研究结果可为氨氮废水的处理与装置改造等提供指导。

Abstract:A steam stripping process for ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and an ammonia-vapour absorption process have been separately simulated using Aspen-Plus software and the operating parameters have been optimized. Finally, a novel steam-recycle stripping ammonia removal process coupled with an ammonia-vapor-sulphuric acid absorption process for treating ammonia-nitrogen wastewater was simulated, and the operating conditions were optimized in order to reduce the steam consumption. The results indicated that the steam consumption can be reduced to 48 kg/t wastewater and the residual-ammonia-nitrogen content in the treated wastewater can be reduced to zero under the optimized operating conditions. The results of this study provide guidance for practical industrial ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment.
