山茶属三种植物叶片解剖特征研究

摘    要:本文应用扫描电镜对皱叶瘤果茶,长柱红山茶和油茶的叶表面构造及横切结构进行了观察和比较研究。

Abstract:Observation and comparison on surface structure and cross section structure with scanning electron micrscope have been carried out, and the results are as fellow: Camellia rhylidohylla Y.K.Li growing in evergreen broad-leaf forest zone with an elevation of above 700 meters has broader leave, biger stoma of underneath epidermis, low density of stoma(112.32 stomala/ mm2), and its stoma is sunken; C. oleifera Abel. is a wide spreading species which has small leaves, small stoma apparatus, and higher density of stoma (151.29 stomata/ mm2); C. longistyla Chang growing in humidity forest zone with an elevation of above 1000 meters, has middle leaves, stoma apparatus and density of stoma, but has thicker round line of cuticle, and thicker cuticle of upward epidermis. C. rhytidophylla Y.K.Li and C longistyla Chang has only one cell layer of palisade tissue, and the thickness of their palisade tissue are 27.43% and 23.76% of thickness of their leave respectively, the thickness ratio of palisade tissue to sponge tissue are 0.93 and 0.37 respcctivel y; C. oleifera Abel, has three cell layers of palisade, the thickness of its palisade tissue is 40.87% of the thickness of its leave and the thickness ratio of palisade tissue to sponge tissue is 0.92. Vascular bundles of their are like vertical section structure of orange, with a U-shappd; parenchyma wood is above phloem, there arc not chloroplast in bundlesheath. Result of the experiment bear out their leaves have adaptability in constructive and physiological to surroundings.
