摘    要:本文分别采用室内常温贮藏、4℃冷藏、4℃沙藏、-20℃冷藏和-20℃沙藏5种方式,对麻疯树种子进行筘藏试验,并于贮藏前、贮藏1、2、3、4、5个月后测定不同贮藏条件下种子质膜透性,丙二醛含量,过氧化物酶活性和萌发特性的变化.结果表明,麻疯树种子出现明显的劣变现象,表现为质膜透性增大,丙二醛含量增加。过氧化物酶的活性降低.贮藏5个月后种子活力和发芽率均降低.5种处理中,贮藏效果最好的是4℃沙藏,其次是4℃冷藏,贮藏效果最差的是-20℃冷藏.

Abstract:The storage experiment of Jatropha curcas seeds was carried out by applying five kinds of different storage methods: normal temperature storage, 4℃ refrigerated, 4℃ sand hidden, -20℃refrigerated, and -20℃sand hidden. The membrance permeability, MDA content, POD activity, and germination characteristics of Jatropha curcas seeds were determined before the storage and after the storage of one month, two months, three months, four months and five months. The research results shows that the seed germination capacity deteriorates significantly along with storage time extending: the membrane permeability and the MDA content increases while POD activity decreases. The seed vigor and germination rate of seed declines after five months of storage. Among the five storage methods, the best storage effect is found stored at 4℃ sand hidden, the second is found stored at 4℃ refrigerated, and the worst is found stored at -20℃ refrigerated.
