| 摘 要： | 采用热水提取乙醇沉淀,获得了沙棘叶水溶性粗多糖,再经酸性乙醇分级,将沙棘叶水溶性粗多糖分为3个级分(即SJ1,SJ2和SJ3),经PC和GC分析,各级分都含有Xyl,Ara,G lc,M an,Gal,GalA.抑菌实验表明:沙棘叶多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和四叠菌都有明显的抑菌作用,对白葡萄球菌呈阴性.

| Abstract: | The crude polysaccharide was extracted from leaves in Hippohae rhamnoides L.with hot water,and precipitated by ethanal.The crude polysaccharide was fractionated by acidic ethanal.Three fractions at different levels,that is,SJ_1,SJ_2 and SJ_3 were obtained respectively.Results obtained from research on PC and GC in the crude polysaccharide show that all three SJ_1,SJ_2 and SJ_3 have contained Xyl,Ara,Man,Glc,Gal,and Gala.Results in experiment in bacteriostasis indicate that the polysaccharide leaves in Hippohae rhamnoides L.had antibacterial effect on the E.coli,B.subtilisi,and tetracoccus and S.epidermidis showing negative. |
