| 摘 要： | 在多层次科技人才综合素质测评的基础上，通过广泛征询相关领域专家的知识和经验，首次建立了有特色的科技人才测评专家系统。该专家系统可对多层次科技人才综合素质测评系统的测试结果进行系统的解释和说明及合理使用人才的建议，因而更具有实用性。

| Abstract: | Based on testing Multi hierarchy Man power (MHMP) integrate quality, the paper construct the expert system of MHMP & their integrate quality testing with distinguishing feature, considering the base structure demand of the expert system, and widely consulting experts’ knowledge and experiment. The expert system could explain and show the results of testing system of MHMP’s integrate quality, so it is more practical and make the users more convenient. The expert system test and verify the accuracy and science of the results of integrate quality testing, and make MHMP from integrate quality testing to standardization, systematization and quantization of selecting, training and applying. |
