热媒加热炉效率优化控制

摘    要:本文提出了热媒加热炉多变量热效率优化控制方法.该方法无需使用动态数学模型氧含量分析仪,按热平衡原则控制燃油流量。按最佳热效率原则用自寻最优控制过剩空气系数.用最佳燃烧区约束控制以及燃烧空气量的动态前馈补偿控制,使热煤加热炉燃烧系统克服各种干扰的影响,长期维持热媒加热炉处于高效状态.该系统在现场实施后.使加热炉的热效率提高2%以上.

Abstract:This paper proposed a multivariable optimum control strategy for the thermionic heater with the features of not reguiring any dynamic model and Oxygen analizer. The fuel flow rate is controlled on the rule of heat balance. The coefficient for excess air is controlled by the self-searching optimum control strategy to obtain the highest calorific efficiency. A constrained burning region control loop with dynamic feed forward compensation of air flow rate is used for the burning system of heater to resist various interferences and to maintain the heater at best burning status for a long time. This control strategy has been used in the heaters with the efficiency increased by 2%.
