二尖瓣疾病的超声脉冲多普勒诊断

用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对10例正常人和20例二尖瓣疾病患者作了检查,并对两种情况下二尖瓣日的血流频谱参数作了分析。在这些病人中,男8例,女12例。平均年龄32岁(年龄范围5—52岁)。手术证实18例风心病,2例先心病,脉冲多普勒检查结果与手术结果基本一致,对正常和有病变的二尖瓣口血流频谱作的分析和比较表明:二尖瓣狭窄和二尖瓣返流频谱不仅其频谱形态可与正常人区别,而且它们的各项参数如峰值速度、血流加速度和减速度等均有明显差异。总之,超声脉冲多普勒心动图诊断二尖瓣狭窄和关闭不全是准确可靠的,这种技术比M型和B型具有更多的优点。

DIAGNOSIS OF MITRAL V ALVE DISE ASE WITH ULTRASONIC PULSE DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

10 normal subjects and 20 patients with mitral valve disease were examined by ultrasonic pulse Doppler echocardiography and the flow spectral parameters of mitral valve in two cases were analysed. Among these patients, 8 were male and 12 female, whose mean age being 32 (range of 5-52 years old). Surgery comfirmed that among the lesions 18 were acquired in nature and 2 congenital and that the result of pulsed Doppler examination was rather coincidental with that of surgery. The analysis and comparison of flow spectrum in normal and abnormal mitral valve demonstrated that the spectrum of mitral stenosis (MS) and mitral regurgitation (MR) can be distinguished from normal in spectral form and also their parameters such as peek velocity, flow acceleration and deceleration etc. were significantly different. In conclusion, it is reasonable to believe that oving to accuracy and reliability of ultrasonic pulsed Doppler echocardiography in diagnosing MS and MR, this technique seems to have more advantages over M-mode and B-mode ones.
