| 摘 要： | 概述了仔猪消化道酸度和酶活性变化的研究方法，比较了在研究过程中试验动物的品种、日粮、饲养管理、取样方法和样品前处理、酶活性分析方法、酶活性表达法、试验设计等不同选择对试验结果的影响，旨在为进一步开展仔猪消化道酸度和各种酶活性变化方面的研究工作提供指导。

| Abstract: | We summarized the research method of studying the acidity of the digestive tract and various kind of enzymes and reviewed the effect of the experiment animal breeds,diet,feeding and management,sampling method,pre-processing method,Analysis method of enzyme,the expression of the enzyme activity and experiment design on the results of experiments in order to provide with some instructions for the farther study on the acidity and enzyme activity of the digestive tract in piglets. |
