摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)方法研究了三聚磷酸钠对草酸钙(CaOxa)晶体生长的影响.三聚磷酸钠能抑制一水草酸钙(COM)晶体的生长,同时诱导二水草酸钙(COD)晶体的形成.随着三聚磷酸钠浓度的增加,COM晶体的表面积减少.上述结果表明三聚磷酸钠是抑制CaOxa结石的一种潜在药物.

Abstract:The effect of sodium tripolyphosphate(Na_5P_3O_(10)) on the morphology and phase compositions of calcium oxalate(CaOxa) crystals was investigated in gel systems by a double diffusion technique using scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy.The addition of Na_5P_3O_(10) could inhibit the growth of cal-(cium) oxalate monohydrate(COM) and induce the formation of calcium oxalate dihydrate(COD) crystals.With the increase of Na_5P_3O_(10) concentration,the surface area of COM crystals decreased and the percentage of COD crystals increased.It indicated that Na_5P_3O_(10) maybe a potential inhibitor to calcium oxalate urinary stones.
