| Abstract: | This paper,combined closely with the practical situation of our country,suggests a principle "Priority for Protecting the Privacy Right" for solving the conflict between the privacy right and freedom of press through analyzing and proving their mutual relations as well as the causes of the conflict generated by one or the other in the practical life. |
