资源可获得性认知、创业自我效能感与创业意图的关系研究

创业意图对创业者的创业行为有着重要引导作用,一直是创业研究关注的焦点。通过对相关理论的梳理,引入资源可获得性认知,构建了创业意图影响因素模型,通过问卷调查数据,利用结构方程模型(SEM)检验了资源可获得性认知、创业自我效能感和创业意图之间的关系。研究结果表明:资源可获得性认知对创业自我效能感和创业意图产生直接的正向影响,创业自我效能感与创业意图之间的关系则并不明显。研究结果揭示了资源可获得性认知对创业者的重要性,也对创业自我效能感与创业意图之间关系不显著的原因进行了解释。

Effect of Perceived Accessibility of Resources and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention

The entrepreneurial intention as a predictive factor for entrepreneurial business has always been a research focus of en-trepreneurship. This paper constructs a theoretical model for entrepreneurial intention influence factors by examining a large amount of related literature, and adds perceived accessibility of resources. Our questionnaire survey data verifies the relationship among perceived accessibility of resources, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention through structural equation modeling （ SEM） . The research results show that the perceived accessibility of resources has direct positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepre-neurial intention;by contrast, the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy upon entrepreneurial intention is not significant. The research results reveal the importance of perceived accessibility of resources on entrepreneurship, and attempt to explain why entre-preneurial self-efficacy exerts no significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
