快速路系统服务水平模糊综合评价

摘    要:快速路网络系统的服务水平评价是一个多目标综合评价问题,论文从快速路系统目标出发,以系统管理者为评价主体,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法,建立了快速路系统服务水平二级综合评价模型,确定了评价指标体系,采用单准则AHP构权法确定了评价指标的权重,建立了各个评价指标的隶属函数,选择了适宜的模糊评价模型,提出了根据应用目的确定评价结果的方法,最后,进行了算例分析。论文提出的方法可应用于运营阶段快速路系统的服务水平评价中。

Abstract:LOS evaluation of expressway network system is a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation problem. Take the supervisors of expressway system as appraiser and start with the objectives of the expressway system, a 2-level comprehensive evaluation model for expressway system LOS analysis is developed based on AHP and FCE. The evaluation indices are determined, and single-rule AHP method is adopted to determine the weights of the indices. The membership functions of the indices are developed, and the applicable fuzzy evaluation model is selected. At last, the methods to determine the evaluation results according to the evaluation aims are put forward. At last, a calculation example is given. The method put forward could be used in operating phase.
