倒伏对大麦种子发芽影响的研究

摘    要:为了研究倒伏对大麦种子发芽的影响,以7个来源不同的大麦品种倒伏株与正常株的籽粒为材料,测定种子发芽率、生活力、发芽3天、7天幼苗的芽长、根长、根数及10株苗的鲜、干重,分析倒伏对大麦种子发芽的影响,研究结果表明:倒伏对大麦种子发芽率和生活力的影响虽达显著水平,但影响程度基本上在5%的范围内.倒伏对大麦幼苗的生长和形态建成有明显的影响.除发芽3天芽长外,倒伏对芽长、根长、根数和10株苗鲜重、干重均产生了极显著的影响,倒伏种子对大麦芽生长的影响小于对根生长的影响.倒伏对不同品种发芽的影响存在一定的差异.

Abstract:In order to understand the influence of lodging to germinating in barley,The percentage of germination,viability,the length and number of roots,the length of sprout per seedling and the fresh and dry weight per 7610 seedling,was studied in 7 barley varieties of grain,which was respectively harvested from lodged and normal spikes.The results showed that: The influences of lodging to germination percentage and viability in barley were more significant,but The degree of the influences were limited under 5 percent.The influences of lodging to growth and shape of seedling in barley were too significant.Except length of seedling for 3 days,it was significant for the influences of lodging to the length and number of roots,the length of sprout per seedling and the fresh and dry weight per 10 seedling,The influences of lodging to sprout was less than it to root.It was different for the lodging to germination in different barley varieties.
