电磁搅拌对高Cr白口铸铁组织形成的影响

摘    要:文章研究了电磁搅拌对高Cr白口铸铁凝固结晶的影响。结果表明:电磁搅拌对高Cr白口铸铁组织改善明显,随励磁电压增大,电磁搅拌作用增强,初晶奥氏体由树枝状枝晶变为球状或不规则的碎块状,得到充分细化;共晶碳化物由大板条变为细小的短杆状、碎块状、菊花状,分布更加均匀。

Abstract:The article studies the influence of electromagnetic stirring on the solidification of Cr-rich white cast iron.The result is that electromagnetic stirring may greatly improve the iron's formation,and with the excitation voltage and electromagnetic stirring becoming strong,the coarse Austenite change from tree-shaped dendritic crystal to fine ball-shaped or irregular pieces,and eutectic carbide change from large slabs into small short rods,pieces and chrysanthemum-shaped fragments distributed in a more balanced way.
