| 摘 要： | 用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱分析法测汞,标准系列溶液均需现用现配,耗时费力,且浪费药品,污染环境,影响工作效率。通过对汞标准系列溶液进行稳定性试验,结果表明：标准系列溶液存放47天浓度稳定,回归曲线符合要求,线性关系良好,准确度令人满意。

| Abstract: | Standard series of solution used to determine mercury by hydride generationatomic fluorcscence spectrometry has to be prepared for using immediately, which takes too much time and energy, wastes chemicals, pollutes the environment and reduces the working efficiency. Tests were carried out on the stability of standard series of solution with mercury and the results showed that the concentration of the standard series of solution being deposited for 47 days was steady,the regression curves met with the requirements,the linear relation was all- right, and the accuracy was satisfying. |
