| 摘 要： | 任何程序技术、活动规则和法律制度都是在一定价值理念的指导下创制的,证据保全也不例外。一般认为,诉讼公正和诉讼效率是司法程序最主要的两个价值目标。因此,证据保全也必须有利于诉讼公正和效率价值目标的实现。

| Abstract: | It is created under certain notion of value for any procedure technique and movable rule and the law systems, and no exception to the perpetuation testimony. Generally, the litigation justness and the litigation efficiency are two worth targets of the judicial process. Therefore, the perpetuation Testimony has to be also advantageous to the realization of those targets. |
