| Abstract: | This paper introduces the coding theory and method of three code of nine, which has been widely applied to many fields, in detail. A brief introduction of the structure and making method of bitmap file is given out. At the end, the source code program written with Powerbuilder is presented. It can be embodied into all kinds of MIS. |
