摘    要:为了解决污水中Ni2 的去除问题,用香草醛修饰壳聚糖(CTS),得到壳聚糖香草醛希夫碱(CTSV);又以戊二醛为交联剂,合成了戊二醛交联壳聚糖香草醛希夫碱(CTSV-G);对目标产物进行了IR和SEM表征.比较了CTSV-G、CTSV和CTS对污水中Ni2 的吸附效果,结果表明吸附量CTSV-G>CTSV>CTS;研究了pH值、时间和Ni2 的初始浓度对吸附的影响,在实验条件下目标产物对Ni2 的吸附量可达80.3 mg·g-1;测试了三次回用后CTSV-G对Ni2 的吸附效果,确定了CTSV-G的可再生性.对吸附过程进行了热力学和动力学分析,表明CTSV-G对Ni2 的等温吸附过程能够用Langmuir很好地描述,其反应动力学符合一级反应.

Abstract:In order to remove Ni2 in wastewater,chitosan(CTS) was modified by vanillin,and obtained CTSV,which was then crosslinked by glutaraldehyde,and got the final product CTSV-G.CTSV-G was characterized by IR and SEM.The adsorption capacities of the above three absorbents on Ni2 is as the following order: CTSV-G> CTSV>CTS.The effect of pH,time and initial concentration of Ni2 on absorption are studied.The adsorption capacity of CTSV-G is 80.3 mg.g-1 in optimal condition.The result of reused CTSV-G after three times shows this product can be regenerated.Thermodynamics and kinetics analysis of the adsorption process are carried out.The result shows the isothermal absorption process of CTSV-G on Ni2 can be clearly described by Langmuir equation,and it is the first-order reaction.
