| 摘 要： | 将基于性能的设计思想与结构加固设计方法相结合，提出了基于性能的结构加固设计理论．该理论明确了结构加固的性能目标和评价准则，清晰地展现了加固结构基于位移的设计基本过程，并将pushover静力推覆分析运用于结构加固前后抗震性能的评估．最后提出了今后的研究方向及应着重解决的问题.
