摘    要:本文介绍了能源所新近研制的热管省煤器的结构及传热特点,并就热管省煤器的主要技术指标和传统的铸铁省煤器进行了比较,认为热管省煤器是一种新型高效的换热设备,具有传统换热器不可比拟的许多优点。文章就热管省煤器设计中有关热管传热模型的假设及热力计算的简化作了叙述,并列出了主要计算步骤和计算公式。结合热管省煤器的设计,本文提出和探讨了涉及热管省媒器设计的几个主要问题,如加热段和冷却段长度比优化计算、热管省煤器的外部问题等。

Abstract:This paper introduces characters of structure and heat transfer of the heat pipe water heater newly designed and made by Institute of Energy Resources, and compares with the traditional water heater in some main technical parameters.The heat pipe water heater gives a higher efficiency heat exchanger,and has many advantages over traditional heat exchangers. The article expresses a postulate about the heat transfer model of heat pipes and simplifies the heat transfer calculations in the design of the heat pipe water heater,and also lists main calculation steps and equations.Combined with the design of the heat pipe water heater, the paper puts discussion forward about some main questions which deal with the design of heat pipe water heaters, such as the optimum length ratio of evaporator to condenser, external guestions of heat pipe water heaters, and so on.
