试析电视产业化的发展战略

摘    要:结合我国电视产业经营发展的现状,提出了电视产业化发展的思路:一是加快改革步伐,致力产业开发,拓展经营思路;二是引入竞争机制,实行资源重组,激活电视荧屏;三是事业政府主导,产业市场主导,形成公益事业与经营产业并存的新型电视体制,构建以市场竞争为手段,以公益事业与经营产业分离为策略,以舆论导向为保证的中国电视新格局。

Abstract:Connecting with the developing situation of the operation of TV tr ad e in China, this paper puts forward some ideas of developing TV industrializatio n: the first is to accelerate the reform, devote the efforts to industrializatio n development, and expand the operation idea; the second is to introduce the com petition, carry out the reorganization of the resources, and activate the TV scr een; and the third is to hold the that the government guides the public undertak ings and the enterprise guides the market, form a new-type of TV system that th e cause of the public good and the industrial operation co-exist, and build the new Chinese TV configuration that regards the market competition as the means, takes the separation of the cause of the public good and the industrial operatio n, and takes the guidance of the public opinion as the guarantee.
