| Abstract: | On the methods of literature and investigation,this paper reviews the achievements of the effect of CoQ on sports ability in recent years.The main purpose is to provide reference for later research scholars who study on how to improve sports ability,reduce sports injuries and do benefit to physical recovery after sports. |
