| 摘 要： | 邵阳西部区域自然条件复杂。植物区系地理成分多样,植物资源丰富;但在利用上。掠夺式开发现象存在,资源有不同程度毁坏;资源利用不充分,开发面窄。我们觉得:必须加强保护与管理,实行计划开发;必须加强科学研究,促成全面开发局面;以达到合理开发的目的。

| Abstract: | It is complex in the natural factor, varied in the geographial element of folra, rich in the plant resource in the west shaoyang; yet in the utilizing, the plant re- source have been developed in a robbly fashion, and have been abused in some degree, so it can't be used full; We suggest that the resource protection must be enhanced and the resource management must be tightened up, and the resource development must be planning; and science reseach must be strengthened to help to bring about all-round development; so that the rational development are realized. |
