| 摘 要： | 证明了一级吸收药物动力学三种模型的解有类似的性质:解存在唯一、有唯一的极大值和拐点;讨论了解之间的相互关系。从而解决了一级吸收Michaelis-Menten消除动力学药一时关系曲线的变化规律问题。

| Abstract: | It is proved in this paper that there are similar properties for three equation solutions of first order absorption in pharmacokinetics,there is a sole solution,maximum and inflection pointor for every equation.Relationships among solutions are discussed.The problem is solved to know the regularity of concentration vary with time for first order absorption in Michaelis-Mentene limination kinetics. |
