| 摘 要： | 分析了传统化工生产实习模式面临的困难，从而进一步明确化工生产实习的目的与要求、合理安排实习时间、合理选择实习企业、采取集中进行与分散进行相结合实习方式、加强生产实习的过程管理、加强实习指导教师队伍建设等6个方面提出了改革化工生产实习，提高实践教学质量的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the difficulties in traditional practice of chemical engineering & technology specialty were analyzed.Furthermore,six kinds of reforms and specific methods of improving the practical teching quality were proposed,including further understanding the objectives and requirements,arranging suitable time,choosing reasonable practice site,adopting united way of focus and decentralization,strengthening process management,cultivating qualified guidance teachers. |
