| 摘 要： | 在k 个应力l 个未知参数的加速寿命方程下,以 D-最优和V-最优为准则,解决了指数分布场合p(p≠1)个竞争失效机理产品的定数截尾步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计问题.本文即可看成是2]和3]的推广, 也可看成是7]的推广.

| Abstract: | In this paper,given the accelerated equation of k-stress with l-unknown parameters,the optimal designs of the accelerated life tests of type I with competing causes of failure,which life of each failure cause is assumed to be exponential.We obtain the optimum test designs according to D-optimal and V-optimal.We generalize a number of results,which are shown in other papers7]ago. |
