大学生跳远攻板训练研究

摘    要:目的针对大学生跳远传统教学中存在的问题,引入攻板训练法进行实验教学研究来检验教学的效果。方法采用实验班与常规班教学比较,并运用SPSS18.0统计分析软件进行实验结果的分析研究。结果两个班学生的身高、体重、50m跑成绩不存在显著差别;两个班学生的跳远成绩有显著差别。结论实验班的跳远平均成绩比常规班有很大提高,在跳远教学中引入攻板训练法能够有效提高大学生的跳远成绩。

Abstract:Objective: Aim at some problems existing in the traditional nmning broad jump of undergraduates, attack take-off board training method was applied to the experimental teaching to inspect its effect. Methods: Based on the comparison between the common class (class A) and the experimental class (class B), the experimental results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results: There were no significant difference in their height, weight and the 50m running score of the students between these two classes, while significant difference for their performance of running broad jump. Conclusion: The average running broad jump score of Class B shows a great progress than that of Class A. Consequently, introducing attack take-off board training into running broad jump instruction can improve undergraduates' scores effectively.
