摘    要:分析的谐波齿轮传动中柔轮壁厚的几种计算公式,包括经验公式和精确公式,后者仅用于塑料谐波齿轮的壁厚计算,针对它们特别是精确公式的不足,考虑到谐波传动中柔轮的载荷和变形情况,引入了应力修正系数,推导出了一种通用的柔轮壁厚的精确计算公式,并通过一个算例将向种公式进行比较,计算的结果证明了公式的优越性。

Abstract:Several computing formulae for the wall thickness of the flexible wheels in harmonic transmission are introduced in the paper including empirical ones and precise ones. And the precise ones are only used to calculate the wall thickness of the flexible wheel in plastic harmonic gears. Aiming at the disadvantage of the formulae presented above, in consideration of the load and the deformation of the flexible wheel in harmonic transmission, a kind of universal and precise computing method for the wall thickness is deduced after the stress revising coefficients are introduced. To compare these formulae, an example is used and the calculated result validates the superiority of the formula proposed over other formulae.
