| Abstract: | In the light of the situation that the construction of the ranks of sci-tech editors is behind the development of the cause of sci-tech periodicals, this paper discusses on the problem of information optimization of sci-tech periodicals and quality optimization of sci-tech editors and the dialectical relations between the two. And this paper also points out the urgency and necessity of choosing editing talents,putting them in important position and increasing their quality . |
