| 摘 要： | 戊糖醇酸催化脱水可得到脱水戊糖醇,但产物往往是一系列脱水及取代产物的混合物。本文采用工业木糖醇为原料,经提纯后以浓盐酸或对甲基苯磺酸为脱水剂在氮气中脱水主要得到呋喃型1,4—脱水—D.L—木糖醇。产物易于分离提纯。

| Abstract: | This paper describer the preparation and separation of 1,4-anhyaro-D , L-xy1itol. By dehydrating xylitol with concentrated hydrochloric acid or p-methy 1-benzenesulfonic acid in a nitrogen stream yield solely 1,4-anhydroxyl itols in yields of 69%. Anhydroalditols and their derivative are important intermediate of organic synthesis |
