| Abstract: | The conception for the filture development of tourist human resources in Shiyan city is as follows ： developing tourist human resources with the assistance of governmental preferential policies, strengthening comprehensive training of personnel engaged in tourism, perfecting tourism specialty educational system in colleges and universities, establishing a reasonable salary and welfare system and so on. |
