| 摘 要： | 对于融媒体时代具有综合媒介素养与传播技能的高层次应用型人才的培养，一方面应强化专业综合素质的教育，构建新闻与传播学科的大类平台课程，创新边学边练的开放式教学模式，开展丰富多彩的专业实践活动，并引进媒介专业人才授课；另一方面应更加注重其实践能力的训练，组建“实务型”和“学术型”相结合的师资队伍，建设校园一体化媒体实践平台，加强与业界联动，改革媒体实务教学体系，并争取与企业联姻联合培养目标人才。
