| 摘 要： | 中国主流派译论家将equivalent误读和误译成“对等”、“等值”、“等效”、“对等语”，把奈达翻译理论误读成“对等论”、“等值论”、“等效论”，认为“对等论”、“等值论”、“等效论”中的“对等”或“等”是“基本相同”或“基本对等”。然而“对等翻译”中的“对等”是汉语，其词义不是“基本相同”，也不是“基本对等”，而是“等同”、“相等”、“对等”。国内不少学者认为翻译不可能对等，由此也证明了“对等论”中的“对等”不是基本相同或基本对等，证实了中国主流派翻译理论家误读和误译了奈达翻译理论。

| Abstract: | The meaning of the word equivalence/equivalent in Nida＇ s translation theory is ＂similar＂ or ＂approximate＂, but it is mis- translated as ＂identical＂ by some Chinese theorists. These theorists are now trying to change the meaning of the Chinese words of ＂duideng＂ （ 对等, identical） to cover their mistakes. These theorists state that the meaning of the Chinese words of ＂duideng＂ （ 对等, identical） is not ＂identical＂ but ＂similar＂ or ＂approximate＂. |
